In it’s recent meeting with the Chief Executive Officer of Naija Diaspora Group, Mr. Ismaila Adegbola, the leading telecommunications giants in Africa, MTN Cameroon is already in partnership discussion with the Nigeria multimedia firm to use it’s template to communicate with the Nigeria Union in Douala and Cameroon at large.

Adegbola, in the meeting said MTN Cameroon has not facilitated the inter border potentials in the facilitation of payments services in Nigeria by Nigerian traders
in Cameroon

The publisher of popular Naija Diaspora Magazine told the telecommunication firm that the Nigerian Community in Cameroon is the largest diaspora population in this country where by 95% of that population is involved in large scale commercial activities (including importation of goods and
services), a huge market for MTN CAMEROON dealing in the telecommunications sector.

Mr. ADEGBOLA, also pointed out that his company is ready to support and elevate the marketing strategies of MTN Cameroon through it well accepted Diaspora Magazine all over Africa, NDTV online and soon to be
launched TV syndicated programme, as well as his influence as an executive member of the Nigeria Union of
Douala with exceptional influence in Cameroon government at large.

The MTN Cameroon officials who were in attendance of the meeting were the Senior Manager, Account Management, SME, St. Clair Nkouatcho Dangang; Senior Manager, Sales Operations, Aboubakar Koutou and Executive, Account Management SME, Around Njoya, said the telecommunication giants is willing to take the partnership advantage for marketing expansion in Cameroon under the supervision of
the head of MTN business, Mr. Franck Gerard KOM

Statistically, over five million Nigerians live in Cameroon engaged in import/export, sales of goods, arts, tailoring, agriculture and fishing with big influence in Cameroon economy.

Naija Diaspora Magazine is a globally accepted magazine reporting a well balance analysis, features and exclusives to close the bridging gap. The magazine recently featured United Bank for Africa chairman Tony Elumelu over his populous gift of talents to empower young Africans.

Samuel Dieudonné Ivaha Diboua, Governor of Litoral Region, Cameroon hosted a team from Nigerian owned Diaspora Magazine led by the publisher Ismael Adegbola at his office in Douala recently.
